GUARANTEE: We ask that you give us a final attendance number guarantee two days prior to your function so that we may make final arrangements. If no final guarantee is received, we will consider the number indicated in the original arrangements to be the correct and guaranteed number of guests. The guarantee is not subject to reduction after this 2 day deadline. DECORATIONS: Arrangements may be made through our catering department for decorations including fresh cut flowers, candelabras, costumes, ice carvings and theme party decorations.
CHINA & FLATWARE can be provided on a rental basis. Paper plates and plastic ware are provided at no charge. Garden tents, Tables, Chairs, Linen, etc., are also available. ($2.50 per place setting) MINIMUMS: No party is too small or too large for our catering staff. Prices quoted are based on a minimum of 15 persons. Accomodations for less than 15 persons are subject to service charge.		UNIFORMED SERVICE PERSONNEL are provided at an additional charge ($15.00 per hour) in proportion to time and amount of service required. There is a $45.00 minimum per server. 18% gratuity added to bill. DELIVERY CHARGE of $25.00 under $100.00 minimum purchase / $10.00 over $100.00.
These menus are designed to appeal to a broad spectum of tastes, moods, diets, and budgets. However, if a specific item is not listed we would be pleased to construct a menu to accommodate your wishes.
